Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
What is ARMHS?
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are designed to help adults living with mental illness develop the skills they need to live more independently and improve their emotional well-being.
Our ARMHS program is designed for individuals who are struggling with daily activities due to mental health challenges. We provide personalized support to help you stay stable, avoid more intensive levels of care, and build confidence in managing your life. Services include help with medication management, symptom coping strategies, social and life skills development, household responsibilities, and support with transitions related to employment or community living.

Learning and practicing new skills to manage your daily life challenges
Applying those skills in real-life situations to reach your personal goals
